This is a big upgrade over my iPhone Xs Max. So much faster and way more storage than my old device. I purchased an “excellent” condition phone but I feel like I received a “good” condition phone. It’s more of a hand me down phone than a refurbished device. I few more dents, scrapes, and scratches than I was expecting. The screen also has a scratch on it.
